We have the dairy feed solution for you to help achieve the cow’s full potential. All Dairy Feeds can be delivered bulk or bagged, designed for paddock or shed-fed applications.

Lowest cost grain based feed. Approx 11% pro, 13ME. Rolled barley forms the base as a straight feed or with other additives on request including molasses, vitamins/minerals, copra...etc

Best palatability, reduced loss and increased digestibility. Approx 11% pro, 13ME. Other additives included on request, ie. rumensin, vitamins/minerals...etc

Appox 16% Protein, 11.5ME. Good source of fibre, safe for cows to be fed ad-lib. Blended at up to 50% with rolled barley to reduce total feed cost and increase flowability and palatability in silo situations.

Delivered bulk on farm, very palatable, maintains appetite and reduces weight loss.

AUTUMN FEEDING

• Improved Production - Milk volume, protein and fat percentage can increase
• Research shows that cows burning body fat fail to reach optimum condition at drying off and are more costly to maintain over Winter.
• Adapt rumen to milking diet for maximum utilization in late lactation, getting it right here is critical and leads to improved condition, more appropriate balance of fat and muscle giving better peak performance in the next lactation, less lameness...

SPRING FEEDING

• High levels of milk production are unlikely to be sustained with high P.K.M intake
• P.K.M has a high Neutral Detergent Fibre content resulting in replacing pasture D.M intake with only marginal gains in M.E
• Grains have low N.D.F and as a result add significantly to D.M and therefore M.E intake with only partial replacement of pasture
• Grain rations / blends are more palatable and enable accurate balancing with minerals, protein and by-pass fat and offer the advantage of including additives such as Rumensin, Cal Mag, Molasses......
• Grain rations / blends have increased "flowability" for silo fed situations
